Can my business get a NexFin card?

You can use your card to pay business expenses and spend online or in-store anywhere in the world.

How do I transfer money to my NexFin account from another bank account?

There are typically two types of transfer clearing – domestic (often called local), where sending and receiving banks are located in the same country, and international (often called cross-border), mainly processed via SWIFT network, and often involving currency conversion by intermediary banks.

Viewing my account statements

This is super easy. Go to the ‘Accounts’ section of the app, select ‘…’ to see more and click on ‘Statement’.

Select the date range and file format (PDF or Excel) of your statement. Next, tap ‘Get statement’ and you will be able to see your account history on your screen.

If you would like to download your statement, simply tap the export icon in the top-right corner of the screen and you can download it to your phone

I forgot my passcode

If you have forgotten your passcode to access the Revolut app, tap on ‘Forgot?’ in the login page of the app and follow the simple instructions to reset your passcode.

When will my card be delivered?

After you place an order, cards are normally dispatched the next working day. To check the estimated delivery date of your card:

  • Go to the ‘Cards’ tab in the app
  • Find your card and select ‘Track Delivery’.

Please note that our delivery times are only estimates. While it is likely that your card will be delivered on or before the estimated delivery date, we cannot provide any guarantee

Finding my card PIN

To view your PIN:

  • Go to the ‘Cards’ tab in the app
  • Find the relevant card and tap ‘PIN & Security’
  • Select ‘View PIN’

Please note, your PIN is not your passcode.
